About this product
Baihe in Tainan is Taiwan's largest lotus seed area, with seed heads harvested from June to August while the lotus is in bloom. Fresh seeds, shelled and cored, are soft with a delicate fragrance for desserts and cooking; they are also dried for shelf-stable, year-round supply.
