About this product
Taiwan grows coffee in the mountains around the Tropic of Cancer — in Gukeng (Yunlin), Alishan (Chiayi), Pingtung, Nantou and Taitung. It is mostly Arabica, produced in small specialty lots by smallholders who hand-pick only fully ripe red cherries. Washed, natural and honey processes give a clean cup with bright acidity.
