About this product
Taiwan's main litchi varieties are Hei Yeh and Yu Her Pau. Yu Her Pau is large, small-seeded and very sweet, first to market in late May; Hei Yeh has the largest volume and is sweet and juicy, peaking in June. Litchi is highly perishable, so cold chain and fast transit are key for export.
